Canterbury's five meeting/conference rooms, located in two different buildings, can accommodate groups of various sizes.  We also provide any necessary audio/visual equipment for your conference.

Audio/Visual Equipment Includes:

  • TV
  • VCR
  • DVD
  • microphone
  • overhead projector/screen
  • LCD/powerpoint projector
  • easels with paper and markers
  • wireless Wi-Fi
  • portable stereo

All meals are served in the dining room, cafeteria style.  Along with the three regular meal times, the option of a continental breakfast, snacks, reception, or banquet is also available.  Outside the dining room is our dining deck with tables, chairs, and umbrellas overlooking Lake Gem.

Meeting Rooms Size and Capacity

Winchester - 1,381 sq. ft. - 75 people maximum (chairs only)

St. Paul's - 1,430 sq. ft. - 100 people maximum (chairs only)

Dining Room - 1,719 sq. ft.

St. Paul's & Dining Room - 3,149 sq. ft. - 200 people maximum (chairs only) or 150 people (round tables)

St. Alban's - 1,038 sq. ft. - 60 people maximum (chairs only)

Durham - 380 sq. ft. - 10 people maximum

St. Augustine's Chapel - 1,600 sq. ft. - 130 people maximum

Canterbury's 46 lodging rooms include all the amenities that you would find in a hotel - without the television and telephone.  The rooms include bed linen, bath towels, complimentary soap and shampoo.  Located in our two-story lodging building we have 30 rooms with one full bed and one twin bed.  In our one-story lodging building we have 16 rooms with one queen bed and one twin bed.  We have just recently renovated our rooms in the two-story with new tile, new paint, new bed linen, new furniture, new sink and fixtures.
