Canterbury’s Knitting Retreat

"Purls of Wisdom, Sharing our Stories"

featuring

Barbara Varnedow and Khara Bromiley

On April 16-17, 2010

Experience the Spiritual Side of Knitting:

All participants will learn the basics needed to start a Prayer Shawl Ministry in their own churches. Participants of all skill levels are welcome, from those new to knitting or crocheting to those with experience.  We will explore new patterns, resources and ideas. Practice your art and support this wonderful ministry in your home parish.   We will also be sharing our stories about prayer shawls we have given away. You are invited to share your stories also as we knit and crochet our prayers together into God’s heart.
