Trust is a basic need for a successful partnership. How can a person remain joined to something that is unstable or unreliable? You are foolish if you do.
There is risk in any relationship. People can let you down and at worst betray, cheat and steal from you. In a day of internet scams, identity theft and fake news we have a needed caution when we give ourselves, our time, energy, resources and talents to something.
There are many worthy places to partner — organizations run by people who people manage well and bring about positive results with little to no waste.
We do this at Canterbury. We have a dedicated staff who works hard to take what we are given and by wise and thoughtful decisions multiply our resources to serve more and more people. We have a wise Board of Directors, all volunteering their time and all of them are Canterbury Partners who lead this mission and ministry forward.
If you want to look at our books we’ll gladly show them to you. We are audited every year. Canterbury has almost doubled its operation in the last 5 years and we have done this with prayer and hard work to become a sustainable and growing entity.
We’ve done it with Partners who willingly, faithfully and generously write a check or swipe a credit card or give on-line to support what we do. They do this because they trust us. We have labored to be a trustworthy ministry worthy of your consideration. If you want to know more just ask.
