The experience is $399+tax per person, or $600+tax for two people in one room. Space is limited, Register Early

All activities and meals are OUTDOORS except for those marked with (IN) that will be safely distanced. Masks are appreciated in the buffet line and in close quarters. Program times are subject to change slightly as necessary.
Friday:
4:00 p.m. Check In
Program begins promptly at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:30pm. If you must be late, please give notice.

*8:00 am Lakeside Yoga
*9:00 am Silent breakfast
*10:00 am Guided Meditation Walk (meet by East DOCK)
*10:30 am Guided Seated Meditation (lakeside by chapel)
*11:00 am Personal Reflection Time: suggestion to do — breath awareness, journaling, nature gazing, kayaking, trail walking, relaxing, unplug from technology/phone, nap, etc.
*1:00 pm – SILENT Lunch
*(IN)2:30-3:30pm Guided Compassion Meditation (St. Albans)
*4:30 pm Facilitated Safe Sharing Circle “Community Connection” PATIO
6:00 pm Social Dinner: Quiet socializing invited
7:00-8:00 pm Devotional Music Medicine at Bonfire
*(IN)8:30-10:00 pm Gentle Yoga/Deep Relaxation (St. Albans)
Sunday:
*8:00 am Lakeside Yoga
*9:00 am Silent Breakfast (option to have social breakfast in the dining room, please be respectful of those still in silence by keeping your voice low)

Following check out and program conclusion, you are welcome to stay at Canterbury for the remainder of Sunday to enjoy the campus facilities on your own. Restaurants are close -by for pick up or delivery
